
Media Accreditation
Media accreditation for the 2025 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series is now open. You can apply for both season passes and one-event passes through our new accreditation platform HERE.
Media accreditation for all WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series is intended for media working for legitimate and established media outlets. Gaining media accreditation is subject to assessment and approval by Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD) Sports, who reserves the right to approve or deny any accreditation demands.
In addition to the standard media accreditation form that must be completed by all media on the platform, the required documents vary depending on the type of media request.
Please review the necessary documents carefully to ensure you submit everything correctly.
1. Written Press and Photographers
- A passport-style ID photo in .jpg format.
- A valid press card for the current year (national, international, AIPS, AIJC or MBPA).
- An assignment letter from your media outlet or client. The letter must include:
- Signature of the editor or equivalent.
- Editor's (or equivalent) phone number.
- Editor's (or equivalent) email address.
- Proof of previous coverage of the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series, other UCI mountain biking events, or any other major sporting events, submitted in PDF format (clippings).
- For journalists: samples of stories written by the journalist, with their name included in the publication.
- For photographers: samples of published photos, with the photographer’s name credited in the publication.
2. Team Photographers and Videographers
WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series Teams: 3 accreditations (maximum). Click HERE to find out who the 2025 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series Teams are.
Wild Card Teams: 1 accreditation
- A passport-style ID photo in .jpg format.
- Assignment letter from the team, which must include:
- Signature of the team manager
- Team manager’s phone number
- Team manager’s email address
3. Online Media (Digital/Radio) & Non-Right Holders
- A passport-style ID photo in .jpg format.
- An assignment letter from your media outlet or client. The letter must include:
- Signature of the editor or equivalent.
- Editor's (or equivalent) phone number.
- Editor's (or equivalent) email address.
4. TV Right Holders
- A passport-style ID photo in .jpg format.
5. WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series Official Partners
- A passport-style ID photo in .jpg format.
- Assignment letter from the official partner or supplier of the WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series.

You are required to read and accept the full WBD Sports Media Accreditation policy upon registration. Please review the rules and media rights information carefully.
Note that only complete applications, including the required information and documentation, will be considered. Incomplete or inaccurate data, or failure to submit the requested documents, will result in automatic denial of the accreditation request.
Media accreditation will close on the Friday of the week preceding each event. Make sure to submit your requests before the deadline!
