Media Accreditation

Media Accreditation

Media accreditation for the 2024 WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series is now open on our accreditation platform.

The deadline for requesting media accreditations for each round ends the Friday before each respective round.

If you want to attend and cover any WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series event it is essential you accredit in advance – failure to do so will mean you may not be granted access to the race.

Important considerations for submitting a correct application

Update of existing profile: It will be mandatory for all existing and new users on the accreditation platform to upload a signed assignment letter from the media outlet/ team / brand they will be working for at this event. Existing users must update their profiles with this document.

Mandatory Information and Documentation

  • Press card valid for 2024 (national, international, AIPS or AIJC)
  • Assignment letter from media, team or client, signed by editor or equivalent. Telephone number and email address to editor or equivalent must be provided.
  • Personal and media details: All information on the accreditation platform must be submitted. In addition to the signed media assignment letter, freelance reporters/photographers must provide name and contact details to their media client(s) in the required fields on the online platform. Only freelance/media agencies with media clients will be assessed for accreditation.

Media accreditation for all WHOOP UCI Mountain Bike World Series is intended for media working for legitimate and established media outlets.

Gaining media accreditation is subject to assessment and approval by Warner Bros. Discovery Sports, who reserves the right to approve or deny any accreditation demands.

You must read and accept the full WBD Sports Media Accreditation policy upon registration, so please consult the rules and information regarding the media rights carefully.

Please take note that only complete applications, containing above information and documentation, will be taken into consideration. Incomplete or untrue data as well as failure to provide the requested documents will cause automatic refusal of the requested accreditation.
